Job description – Sr. Odoo Developer

Job Location – Vesu, Gujarat

Job Timing – 9am to 6pm

Salary Range : 60k to 70K

Qualification – BCA /MCA/ MTech

Experience – Min 5-8 years

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 5-8 years of professional experience working with Odoo/OpenERP.
3. Proficiency in Python programming language.
4. Extensive experience with Odoo framework, including ORM, models, views, and controllers.
5. Strong understanding of Odoo’s modular structure and ability to develop custom modules.
6. Experience with Odoo frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
.7. Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management.
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
10. Strong communication skills and ability to e􀆯ectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
and clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Designing and implementing Odoo applications/modules based on requirements.
2. Customizing existing Odoo modules to enhance functionality and meet specific business needs.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and develop solutions.
4. Writing clean, maintainable, and e􀆯icient code using Python and Odoo framework.
5. Integrating Odoo with other third-party systems and applications as required.
6. Conducting code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
7. Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed.
8. Keeping abreast of new Odoo features, updates, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
9. Participating in meetings with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical insights and recommendations.
10. Documenting technical specifications, implementation plans, and configurations
