Job Overview:

As a Salesforce Trainer within our Skill Development Program, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that equip beneficiaries with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in using Salesforce for various roles and industries. Your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between theoretical learning and practical application, helping individuals master this essential tool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Create and update training materials, modules, and resources that cover Salesforce usage and best practices.
• Training Delivery: Conduct interactive and hands-on training sessions, ensuring beneficiaries gain a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality.
• Skill Assessment: Evaluate the skill levels and learning progress of beneficiaries through various assessment methods, and provide constructive feedback.
• Customized Training: Tailor training sessions to meet the specific needs and objectives of program beneficiaries.
• Individual Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to beneficiaries, addressing their unique challenges and questions.
• Feedback and Improvement: Gather beneficiary’s feedback and continuously improve training materials and methods to enhance the learning experience.
• Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, features, and best practices to ensure training materials remain relevant.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training activities, beneficiaries’ progress, and assessment results.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the Program Manager and other team members to align training objectives with program goals.

Qualification: B.Tech(CS)/MCA/or any bachelor’s and master’s in computer science.

Work Experience: Minimum 2-4 Years of experience of teaching in the relevant industry.
