Position: Marketing Assistant

Location: Bihar

Salary: Negotiable

Education: B.Sc (Ag.)

Experience: At least 2-3 years of work experience in marketing Agriculture products.

Responsibilities:

He / She should be directly doing agri-marketing works at field level with the support of cluster facilitators, FPO Manager.

1.2       He / She should be responsible for facilitating the procurement or items, commodities and products as per the guidelines for the FPC.

1.3       He / She should be responsible for selling of procured commodities, produce products to different markets and traders

1.4       He / she should responsible for dealing with traders and commission agents in mandi’s or other markets as per requirement.

1.5       He / She should be responsible for collecting and maintaining the data / information as required in periodic basis.

1.6       He / She should be responsible for giving hand hold support to CF and FPO manager on sorting, grading, packaging and marketing of the produces.

1.7       He / she should be responsible for facilitating to manage logistics support to ensure smooth operation of the marketing.

1.8       He / She should be responsible for developing a system for maintaining stocks of crates and goods purchased and sold.

1.9       He / She should be responsible for monitoring the handling of financial transactions at field level by CFs, FPO mangers and accountnants.

1.10     He / She should be responsible for monitoring and compilation of the collection of demand sheets from villages

1.11     He / She should be responsible for identifying the potential and profitable markets,

1.12     He / She should use the field level data to mobilize market, create profitable linkages,

1.13     He / she should coordinate with CFs for demand and supply of products, Educate the CFs and SHGs on the market demands in terms of quality and quantity.

1.14     He / She should be responsible for helping the CFs, FPO manager on planning rout maps before transactions and ensuring  the same.
