About Us:

The Change Makers Charitable Foundation (TCMCF) was established as not for profit organization
in the year 2019 with a purpose to develop human capital and promote sustainable farm practices.
With its head office in Bhopal, it currently works with more than 12,000 farmers in the states of
Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. It is building the portfolio of Contract farming along with
trading of organic commodities and farmer cooperatives.

It has planned to double the farmer base in the FY of 2023-24 and bring varied crops under the
contract farming portfolio. To take care of the expansion plans, TCMCF is looking forward to
onboard young, enthusiastic and delivery oriented professionals who are keen to work with the
farmers to promote contract farming through sustainable farm practices.

Job Brief: We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze everyday financial activities and to understand Agri Bussiness and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning. By analyzing day-to-day financial activities with precision, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to upper management.

Job Description:
The scope of work includes but not limited to:

Certification

  • To plan and standardize the protocol for all the projects
  • To develop a holistic plan for certification, data management and reporting
  • To anchor and implement the certification process in coordination with the project managers
  • To keep the project manager well versed with the latest updates of certification and testing processes
  • To work along with different testing labs and certification bodies
  • To conduct internal audits and external audits successfully
  • To issue TCs with necessary documentation work

Training & Certification

  • To conduct training and hand hold team on different aspects of Organic Certification
  • To visit project offices for proper data management and record keeping
  • To train team on internal and external audits
  • To train and guide farmers on organic practices and its record keeping

Monitoring and Reporting

    • Monitor the certification and data management of all the projects and report them periodically to the
    • Monitor data management and record keeping for all the projects
    • To coordinate with the certification bodies for proper reporting and updation

Key responsibilities:

  • To anchor the certification process for all the projects
  • Should be well versed with the NPOP guidelines and accordingly develop and maintain necessary documents and records
  • Successful achievement of certification for all the project will be the most essential aspect of work
  • Monitor and report progress of the project periodically

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • BSc/ MSc. (Agri.) with minimum of five-ten years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of Organic Certification and NPOP guidelines and should have independently conducted 5 organic audits successfully
  • Age limit : 32-38 years with dynamic personality and willingness to showcase leadership qualities

Remuneration:

  • Rs 40,000-50,000 per month/-
  • Travel and communication allowances are additional
