Responsibility:

• Conceptualize and develop partnerships in areas relevant.
• Build alliances and enable end-to-end engagement with strategic partners (non-profit, government or for-profit in India and abroad) and identify collaborators to achieve the goals of this vertical within the organization
• Accountable for end-to-end implementation of the intervention, ensuring coherence between all stakeholders for timely delivery of goals and achieving the impact outcomes
• Identify areas of cross-functional alignment relevant to partnerships & fundraising
• Lead identified organizational initiatives
• Responsible for the development and oversight of all external partnership for Led initiatives and create greater visibility
• Develop and implement an external relations strategy, responsible for creating a network with other corporate foundations and government programs for joint implementation where there is a geographic and strategic synergy in implementation approaches.
• Engage with sector experts on an ongoing basis, maintaining and building a direct relationship with them
• Build relationships and keep abreast of new and current trends in the development space and identify approaches to enable scalable impact
• Identify and introduce best practices within the team and organization to enable continuous learning & improvement
• Develop systems, processes, and ways of working for strategy & partnerships team, and cross-functional teams
• Represent with external stakeholders, organizations as may be required
• Support ,Mentor and lead the team to execute strategy and operational plans

Summary:

The candidate would be responsible for building the strategic partnership for the development project with Various Corporates, Multinational Companies, International donor agencies, and the rural development projects of GOI.
