Finance and Compliance Associate

Background:

The Timbaktu Collective (Collective) is a grassroots non-profit organization initiated in 1990, that works towards the sustainable development of marginalized peoples across 347 villages in 14 mandals of the drought prone Ananthapuramu and Sri Sathya Sai districts of Andhra Pradesh. The Collective develops and implements diverse thematic programmes and initiatives with a central focus on community participation and ownership.

Key Deliverables and Outputs as Administrator:

• Assisting in finance management and legal compliances of the organisation and the cooperatives
  promoted by the Collective.

Eligibility criteria:

• Excellent computer skills including Office Suite and Tally ERP packages.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Telugu is required.
• Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in Commerce or any relevant field.

Remuneration:

The position offers a competitive remuneration package, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
