Position: Executive – Donor Relations

Job Purpose
eVidyaloka is a not-for-profit organization that focuses on transforming the educational landscape of rural India. Registered under the Trusts Act, the organization creates digital classrooms for children in remote villages, with the support of local communities and Volunteer Teachers from across the globe
The purpose of this role is to have a proactive and sustained engagement with prospective and current donors, including CSR foundations, commercial enterprises and high net worth individuals

Principal Accountabilities
• To collaborate with internal and external teams to implement projects and deliver projects in a timely manner
• To track and list funding opportunities and potential partnerships and maintain a pipeline of potential donors
• To prepare communication templates and documentation for eVidyaloka
• To build and maintain ongoing relationships with donors

Experience Required
• Excellent Written and Spoken English Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Proficient in Canva
• Great organisational skills, proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Personal Characteristics
• Passion and Commitment to the Cause – Driven by a strong belief in education and the care for Children
• Collaboration & Communication – Able to work across multiple partners and other team members

Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate in any discipline is preferable
• Experience: 0-1 years
