ESA DIGITAL VAN-Teacher (Maths & Science)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supporting & execution of Education & Sports for All- Digital learning Van in Mumbai, reaching out to over 5000 underprivileged school going children.
• Planning appropriate lessons to meet school curriculum guidelines, keeping up to date with changes.
• Creating engaging lessons to involve children, coordinating with colleagues and team members where needed.
• Using a mix of resources to enhance children’s exploration of the topics in subject- Maths & Science.
• Using different teaching methods to motivate and encourage interaction in the class.
• Providing help and support to individual children as required, taking responsibility for their academic progress.
• Carrying out periodic assessments. Closely monitor implementation and outcomes of the programs and report progress periodically.
• Providing a safe, healthy environment, and following safeguarding procedures.

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate/PG with B.Ed.
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience
• Proficient knowledge of teaching strategies and methods
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English
