Summary of the role:
The Associate is expected a play a critical role in the delivery of different client engagements of MSC. The Associate will broadly work at the intersection of technology, public policy, innovation, and social development. The Associate will work closely with the government and private sector stakeholders in India and outside on different facets of technology policy that may include digital public infrastructure (digital ID, data exchange systems), regulatory sandboxes, digital public goods (DPGs), artificial intelligence, etc. The Associate may also work on HealthTech, AgTech, and FinTech domains. |

Detailed Responsibilities
Business Execution ● Work effectively and collaboratively on the consulting engagements on technology policy and innovation with the government and private sector stakeholders in India and outside. This may include –
● Develop high-quality notes, presentations, and reports as required in the different consulting engagements ● Attend the client and official meetings in India and outside ● Represent CRT and MSC at different workshops, conferences, and events in India and outside Business Development ● Develop high-quality pitch decks, concept notes, and proposals to be submitted to potential clients and other stakeholders ● Contribute effectively in the thought-leadership that may include writing analytical policy briefs, op-eds, reports, MSC’s toolkits, and other thematic publications ● Plan and lead the digital campaigns on different focus areas of the MSC Professional Development ● Take relevant courses and training to develop/ deepen expertise and enhance skill-set on digital public infrastructure, artificial intelligence, innovation, sandbox, etc. ● Provide and seek timely feedback from the team members |

Qualifications and Competencies: | |
Academic/ professional qualifications:
● Bachelors of engineering in Computer Science / Information Systems/ Electronics and Communication (Preferred) ● Master’s in Business Administration, Public Policy, Law (Preferred) ● Other relevant professional qualifications in line with areas of specialisation Experience: ● 0-2 years of experience working in the area of technology policy, management consulting, and innovation ● Have experience working with a consulting firm or think-tank working at the intersection of technology and public policy or institutions working on digital governance ● A good understanding of digital public infrastructure and artificial intelligence is preferred Key attributes: ● Have strong inclination towards technology policy, digital governance, and advisory ● Ability to work collaboratively in teams ● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities ● Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders ● Good spoken and written English |
