Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Description

  • Manage complete recruitment life cycle – develop job advertisement, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, on-boarding, Payroll management etc.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media and develop a data base of potential clients
  • Set up meetings with potential clients to identify new business opportunities and generate pipeline for business.
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars or conferences
  • Conduct online webinars about HR services for clients, candidates and students, including pre-placement talks.
  • Identify and connect with colleges, organizations and start-ups to create opportunities for vacancy advertisement on our website and other HR services
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Regular communication and liaison with customers.

Requirements

  • Masters/MBA- HR, Personal Management or relevant.
  • Minimum two years of proven experience as a HR Sales Executive or equivalent role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in using various social media platforms.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Salary: up to Rs. 25000 per month plus mobile expenses
