Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Description
- Manage complete recruitment life cycle – develop job advertisement, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, on-boarding, Payroll management etc.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media and develop a data base of potential clients
- Set up meetings with potential clients to identify new business opportunities and generate pipeline for business.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations
- Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars or conferences
- Conduct online webinars about HR services for clients, candidates and students, including pre-placement talks.
- Identify and connect with colleges, organizations and start-ups to create opportunities for vacancy advertisement on our website and other HR services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Regular communication and liaison with customers.
Requirements
- Masters/MBA- HR, Personal Management or relevant.
- Minimum two years of proven experience as a HR Sales Executive or equivalent role
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in using various social media platforms.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Salary: up to Rs. 25000 per month plus mobile expenses
