Job Brief
We are looking for an exceptionally skille State Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and take complete accountability for our overall growth of the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • State sales representatives must be able to effectively manage the sales and operational budgets of their assigned territory in order to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and implement dealer business plans, manage forecasting, inventory management, and product line demand issues, set the business direction, and coordinate follow-ups with dealers
  • Coordinate market development/fact plots and farm demonstrations with the assistance of large growers
  • Train the dealer sales force to sell value, deliver our brand experience and manage objections, mostly through ride-along and joint farmer calls
  • Responsible for supporting all area managers with information about the Company’s product line, as well as supporting area managers with information about any new developments involving the Company.
  • Possess a dedication to quality customer service by creating a positive image of the product or service in question.
  • Responsibility to ensure that all new sales initiatives are conducted in an ethical, fair, and considerate manner.
  • Must be able to effectively troubleshoot problems when interacting with customers, and develop solutions to both known problems and future potential issues by doing their own research, identifying solutions to problems using available resources, and then implementing the solutions found, in an ethical, fair, and considerate manner.
Job knowledge, skills, and experience:
Education  Any Graduate & MBA in Marketing
Experience 8 to 12 years of experience in Sales and Marketing Strategy
Knowledge & Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively perform assigned tasks solely and collectively in a team
  • Must be able and willing to travel extensively and frequently
  • Must possess strong problem-solving abilities
  • Good analytical skills and excellent problem solver.
  • Strong team player who can build good relationships at all levels of an organization.
