| Job Purpose | We seek a passionate and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team to focus on donor acquisition and retention strategies. You will play a pivotal role in securing vital funding to help support eVidyaloka’s mission. This individual will excel in cultivating relationships with donors, developing compelling fundraising campaigns, oversee donor communication pieces, and effectively utilizing donor relationship management (DRM) tools. |
| Principal Accountabilities | ● Fundraising Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive fundraising plans for eVidyaloka, encompassing individual giving, online campaigns, and potential grant opportunities.
● Donor Acquisition & Outreach: Actively identify, qualify, and cultivate new individual donors interested in supporting eVidyaloka, using a mix of online and offline channels. ● Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with existing eVidyaloka donors, ensuring a personalized experience, fostering loyalty, and encouraging increased support. ● Campaign Execution: Plan and execute creative fundraising campaigns across various digital and traditional platforms, aligning with eVidyaloka’s goals and target audience. ● DRM Expertise: Oversee effective utilization of Donor Relationship Management (DRM) software, ensuring accurate data tracking, donor segmentation, and targeted communication. ● Reporting & Analysis: Analyze fundraising performance, identify trends, and provide insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making. ● Oversee Communication Collaterals: Develop and manage compelling fundraising materials for the eVidyaloka program, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with the overall brand message. |
| Skills Required | ● Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, campaign development, marketing and communications
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on crafting persuasive proposals, reports and presentations. ● Proficient in softwares like Canva. ● Proficiency in donor management software is a plus. ● Deep passion for education and a commitment to our organization’s mission. |
