Position- Manager Operations- Financial Inclusion
Location- Patna
Education Qualification- Post Graduate /Graduate
Salary- 25000 P.M
Work Experience– 4-6 years of experience in Financial Inclusion, Banking sector
Roles and responsibility:
- Ensuring the day-to-day activities of operations for its smooth running.
- Planning certain parts of projects, monitoring its progress and evaluation.
- Training and coordinating with BCs and ensuring assigned targets.
- Accountability for BC & DC and their proper functioning.
- Accountability for BCA Deployment and their proper functioning.
- Help BC in opening and appointing BCA
- Responsible for support to BC & BCAs on technical aspects.
- Helping District Coordinator to activate inactive centres.
- Taking reports from BC and DC
- Develop marketing strategies and objectives for business growth.
- Networking and liaising with Banks and Public representatives for business
- Reporting to HO / State Head
- Interaction and relationship building with Banks and promoting banking services
- Assisting Documentation of BCA appointment, Bank letters, Current details of the mandate and any other document.
- Monitoring BCs on daily basis and reporting the progress to Area Coordinator/HO.
- Intense field movement for providing and monitoring day-to-day operations involved in pan India location.
- Execution of any other responsibilities given by HO
Expertise required-
- 4-6 years’ experience related to Financial Inclusion, Banking sector, Institutional Building have good communication skills of Hindi, English & local language,
- Should have computer skills, proficiency with MS Office and willing to move in the field (Rural Areas), and the ability to motivate staffs.
